Welcome to Hillside Community Pre-School, Chorleywood

Hillside is a community pre-school charity run by a parent-led Committee. We have been at the heart of Chorleywood since 1979, delivering high quality care and a nurturing, dynamic and fun learning environment for generations of Chorleywood families with pre-schoolers aged 2-4 years.

We pride ourselves on our experienced staff team who provide a safe, stimulating and secure atmosphere in which children can develop both physically and emotionally, and where independence and individuality is supported. Our sessions include lots of free play as well as adult-led music-time, stories and outdoor activities.

We hope to inspire happy confident children and hope that friendships made during their time at Hillside support them in their transition to primary school and beyond.

Hillside Pre-School has undertaken a comprehensive Covid-19 risk assessment to ensure that our setting is safe for both children and staff. Our Curriculum

Our sessions include lots of free play as well as time for music, stories and outside activities and our staff work very hard to ensure that the children have excellent supervision and individual attention at all times and that most of all, the children have lots of fun during their time with us.
