Please select the days and sessions you wish your child to attend.

The following information is required for all children who will be receiving the ‘Free funded’ nursery sessions currently being offered to all 2 -3- & 4-year-olds. We are also asking to see original Birth Certificates, so we have all the information required when submitting our termly declaration with Hertfordshire County Council. Birth certificates can be brought to the office during opening hours. We will take a copy then return it to you immediately.

To allow Hillside and your other setting to share information about your child’s development & progress, we require your consent.

Hillside Pre-School will only use your personal information to manage your account and provide tailored care to your child. From time to time we may need to contact you, via phone, email and through our Pre-School software management to provide you with Pre-School updates, share relevant news/social events, send your childcare invoice, share fundraising, marketing events and information on how to stay involved. We input data into our software management system called Parenta which helps us manage our Pre-school smoothly. Your data is secure and can only be accessed by authorised personnel. Personal information will not be shared with any third parties. Hillside Preschool also use Tapestry an online Journal where we share information about your child with you. You will have a secure login to access information and observation.
