Alison Bate

Alison joined Hillside Pre-School in 2007. She has many years of experience working in early years, including roles within local nursery settings. Alison holds an NNEB qualification and later gained her NVQ Level 3 in Childcare.

She enjoys supporting children's development through a nurturing, play-based approach and places a strong focus on children's wellbeing, ensuring they feel safe, secure and supported. Alison values working as part of a strong team, building positive relationships with children and families.
