Florence’s twin girls attended a preschool which she, volunteered then trained as an Early Years Practitioner. From years of building her experiences, Florence has been working and managing nurseries and pre-schools for almost two decades and this is something that she is truly passionate about. She loves to see the children developing and mastering new skills and has been fortunate enough to be able to help lay the foundations for great teaching and learning.
