Belinda Flaherty

Belinda joined Hillside Pre-School in 2015. Before moving into early years, she worked as an office manager in the mobile phone industry. After having her twin boys, she chose to retrain in childcare to work around family life, gaining her CACHE Level 3 Diploma.

She started at Hillside as a practitioner, progressed to Deputy, and is now the Manager. Belinda brings a wealth of experience to her role and works to create a nurturing, welcoming environment where children, families and staff feel supported. She values being part of a strong and dedicated team and takes pride in the warm, caring atmosphere that makes Hillside so special.
