Tracey has lived in Chorleywood for nearly 30 years, and has 3 grown up children.

Tracey was asked to join Hillside Pre-school in 2003 after her 3 children had attended. At this time, she retrained and obtained her level 2 and level 3 qualification in childcare. After leaving in 2015 Tracey gain experience’s at different childcare settings, she was delighted to return to the Hillside team in 2022 when a position became available as Deputy Manager and SENco.

Tracey loves to help the children to learn, explore, develop new skills and build their confidence. Ready for their onward journey to primary school.
